alwayslisad Posted January 25, 2018 #1 Share Posted January 25, 2018 Does anyone know of any transportation options that will assist me down the pier to the islands. I do not need a scooter but I do have mobility issues walking distances (such as piers) We will be in Aruba, Curacao, Grand Turk and Dominican Republic. On one cruise there were people who rode rickshaws for a small fee. Does anyone have any experience with these ports and options?
lcpagejr Posted January 25, 2018 #2 Share Posted January 25, 2018 I was on the exact itinerary in November. In Grand Turk I saw Carnival staff wheeling an elderly person up to the ship at Grand Turk....and there was a huge line. The other three ports have the ability of shuttles (like a golf cart which had 4 rows of seats) to come down to the port. I'm sure these can be arranged to assist you thru Guest Services or a Carnival Rep outside on the pier

coevan Posted January 25, 2018 #5 Share Posted January 25, 2018 if you don't want to bother guest services there are usually bicycles or golf carts for a couple of bucks tip
