Liqour tasting shops Nassau, St Thomas

Are there any shops in Nassau or St Thomas that allow you to taste their liquors first (free) before purchasing? I don't want to buy a bottle of something I *think* I'll like and end up not enjoying it. That's money down the drain to me! Most of the shops in St. Thomas that sell rums will give free samples. You can get quite a buzz just from shopping! If you are having the shop send your purchases to the ship,just make sure to put it on a charge card. We had one purchase not make it and the charge company took the charge off our statement. It wasn't that much but who wants to pay for something you did not get.

If memory serve me correctly, A H Riise (the main store) has samples of the cordials they carry. It's in the back of the store. Not sure about Nassau.

In Nassau there is a liquor store along the waterfront between the "straw market" and the dock entrance. Beaucoup tasters!!!

Hey... FREE DRINK SAMPLES always gets my attention! Not that I would mind free food samples as well... LOL

After sampeling a few, the islands might be even more beautiful! LOL

Dazzlers in St. Thomas, it's on the second street back from the ocean. It's in the downtown area. There is also a store that lets you taste their beer, it is on the front street.
