jmele999 Posted January 27, 2018 #1 Share Posted January 27, 2018 I don't know if this has been posted before, but just wanted to make everyone aware that NCL has changed the schedule for final payment. Please see link below. For 7-day cruises, final payment is now due 120 days before sailing. The new policy affects booking made on or after December 17, 2017. https://www.ncl.com/about/payment-schedule#collapse5
Rare mking8288 Posted January 27, 2018 #2 Share Posted January 27, 2018 Yes, it was shared/mentioned/discussed & chewed upon about 1 or 2 months ago, I think - as it was about to go into effect. We have a cruise booked this Spring, 90 days is almost upon us - others that late booked, not as cool as they are already in the "penalty" box. But, going to call in to make that final payment & ask about the extra OBC being offered, wasn't available when we booked - not a deal breaker either way, should be easy one without having to cancel & rebook and "risk" losing our staterooms. Our BIL sailing on the Escape & theirs due a day later - gotta see if their Bermuda booking also get any extras, without losing their Insider's Offer/Deal - prices aren't dropping, yet ... however. With the ships & ports playing musical berth's lately - not sure if it's such a smart move to plan & book far in advance these days. I see that you are like Dexddd ... doing MSC.
