Allure St Thomas Arrival Discrepancy

Our itinerary calls for arrival to St. Thomas at 10 am on Feb 22. However the RC event app says gangway opens at 1:30pm. Does this mean they are planning for a delayed arrival?

The next day at St Kitts says 8am arrival in itinerary and app says gangway open at 8:30am. So nothing unexpected there.

I would think that the app is probably wrong in the case of St. Thomas. Check if there are RC excursions starting at 10:30am or 11am. You can also try calling RC customer service, though that doesn't always clear things up.
