Shopping in Galveston pre-cruise

I'm sure this has been asked before:mad: but is there anywhere near the cruise port to buy sodas and incidentals before boarding the ship? I've only cruised out of Florida and New Orleans, and I'm not familiar with

Galveston. We are flying in the morning of the cruise and being transferred from Houston. Thanks!!!:)
