lauraezzell Posted January 29, 2018 #1 Share Posted January 29, 2018 DH and I just booked a cruise on the Ecstasy in December. I have a couple crazy questions for this cabin if anyone can help. This is a handicap accessible cabin. We have a disabled person traveling. 1. Where is the muster station located for this cabin? 2. Are the beds facing forward or aft? 3. In other handicap accessible cabins, water from the shower seemed to leak onto the cabin floor. Is that the case for this cabin, too? 4. Is there a hump/lip that you have to step over to get on the balcony? Thanks for your help!!! I'm sure I'll think of plenty more questions as the time gets closer. SadieN Posted January 29, 2018 #2 Share Posted January 29, 2018 Muster Station E. It’s in the comedy club, last room aft. It then goes upstairs. If you’re handicapped, let them know. You’ll stay in the room when everyone goes up. No idea about the shower but you can create a buffer with a rolled up towel or two.
nanapat Posted January 30, 2018 #3 Share Posted January 30, 2018 There is a ramp too get to balcony. And the bed faces the balcony instead of forward or aft. I don't remember having any trouble with the shower leaking at all. Hope this helps!
SpaceCowboy9 Posted February 3, 2018 #4 Share Posted February 3, 2018 We stayed in room U224 on the Fascination (also Fantasy class), which is the mirror of that room. There was a drain that went the length of the shower. We didn't have a problem with leakage.
