Need advice on shore excursions

Hi!

I need some advice, please! I am taking the Royal Caribbean Panama Canal cruise in January on the Brilliance of the Sea. I was wondering if anyone has taken the Puerto Limon, Costa Rica Excursion, particularly the Adventure in Costa Rica (Approximate Duration: 10 Hours). I am particularly interested in this one but wanted some feedback since it is my first visit to a rain forest and want to choose the best excursion possible for the experience.

Any and all feedback would be greatly appreciated.
