Safari Bus at Rainbow Kids

Can anyone confirm that Rainbow Kids is the closest Safari bus stop (to Red Hook) from St. Thomas Cruise Port (Havensight)? Does the bus stop on the street or in the plaza?

Does anyone know the name of the small side street near KMart that is also a Safari bus stop? We walked to this street the last time we went to Red Hook but don't know its name.
