Dawn Cruise Director Question. .

Would anyone just returning on 12/20 from the Mexican Riviera on the Dawn, be kind enough to name the cruise director & your opinion on the entertainment you saw.... Thanx for any feedback. . . .Jack

I was on the 12/10 cruise, returning on 12/20. The Cruise Director is Gavin Chandler and I thought he was excellent as was all of his staff.

As far as the entertainment, the bands in the Wheelhouse and the band on deck – Rhapsody – were all very good. The piano player in the atrium was first rate as well. The entertainment activities run by the Cruise Staff were all good and Gavin Randall (ACD, not CD) was excellent as MC of Princess Pop Star. I was a bit disappointed in the production shows because some of the entertainers (most noticeably the female lead singer) were not up to the material.

We saw 2 comedians, a juggler, a magician and the Passenger Talent Show - all excellent!!!!!

The piano player was awesome - my husband wanted to buy his CD!
