Royal Tea on Ruby

I was on the Ruby a few weeks ago and it was not offered. The afternoon tea in the MDR was lovely, and there were also scones, chocolate dipped fruit (only staff could dip it) and other treats in Cafe Caribe at tea time.

We have done the Ruby High Tea several time and there is no charge. There will be a charge on the Royal when it takes over from the Ruby.

Royal (and Regal) offers both the daily Afternoon Tea in the dining room for no charge and the Royal Afternoon Tea in the Piazza on select sea days for a charge of $20 with champagne, $10 without.

...and the pedant inside me is forcing my fingers to write that neither option is actually High Tea, which entails a hot savory dish (such as soup or quiche) being served along with the Afternoon Tea standards of sandwiches, sweets and scones.
