Turner Beach

We may go to Turnes Beach when we are in Antigua on Jewel of the Seas (1/18/06). Looks good from the internet but has anyone been there? How far from the dock? Cab fare? Is it easy to get a cab back to the ship if you want to leave earlier than you told the cab driver who is coming back for you?

Hi there! Just wondering if you did in fact get to Turner's. We're going in just over 2 weeks and after so much research I can't see spending the money that the cruise lines charge when you can get a cab on your own for so much less. Trying to pick out a beach and was wondering what you thought of Turner's.

Real nice spot. There is a restaurant, shop and facilities.
