Have you done the Island Sightseeing & Sea Adventure Excursion? Input wanted!!

Was wondering has done this excursion offered by Shore Excursioneers? I am trying to narrow down my option and would love to hit up some local markets for shopping, a great local place to eat and as much bottom time snorkeling as possible.
