Bayamo or Ocean Blue on the Escape?

Can you remember if the short rib dumplings and pork belly dumplings are still there?

 

Pork belly and pastrami/sauerkraut dumplings (my favorite!) are still there; not certain about short ribs.

Just got off the Escape on saturday. We ate at Bayamos and loved it. We were told that the top chefs from NCL were on board and redoing the menu here to be all seafood. We saw several top chefs walking around the restaurant and asking about the meals.

Onboard Escape now- ate at Pinchos last night and Bayamo was still right next door.
