nw_man Posted February 23, 2018 #1 Share Posted February 23, 2018 Hi, I have looked and looked but cannot for the life of me work out how to book an excursion online for an upcoming cruise... and yes I have searched in this forum too! I can log in and see my booking, but nothing else really. Anyone any ideas please?

You will see book shore excursion Click on this and you will then need to enter your booking ref, date of departure, ship name and no of days cruise. You will then be able to see all excursions for your cruise and be able to book and pay

campolady Posted February 25, 2018 #7 Share Posted February 25, 2018 The excursions for my cruise were available about 18 weeks before. Can always email and ask them. We go in 10 weeks today and 2 of our destinations still have no bookable excursions.
WeeCountyMan Posted February 25, 2018 #8 Share Posted February 25, 2018 In my experience, unless things have changed more recently, it is marginally cheaper to book in the UK either online, in store or by 'phone prior to joining the ship. You can cancel any booking if giving the minimum notice required - no less than 24 hours, if memory serves. It's a two way deal - TUI can cancel if there is insufficient takeup for any particular excursion, however that's relatively rare I think.
