Vivo beach - San Juan, Puerto Rico- accessible if you don't book an excursion?

We are heading to San Juan, PR and are interested in the restaurant at Vivo Beach, but will not be booking the Beach Break excursion. Is the beach accessible to anyone? With or without a fee?

If not on a cruise ship tour, it's not accesible to the general public (except the restaurant). This is truly a "beach club" and you only get in as part of a booked "tour" or if you are a member of the club.
