Emerald Princess - 15-Day LA to Hawaii RT menus?

I've tried searching high and low on CC trying to find menus for this cruise, and I'm unsuccessful. Trying to plan which night(s) to make reservations for the specialty restaurants! We are cruising during Christmas and New Years, not sure if Princess offers special menus for holidays? Thank you :)

NYE will likely be a formal evening and have one of the standard formal evening menus. Normally there will be celebratory paper hats on the tables.

 

Xmas day will have a special menu.
