How soon before sailing does the activity and entertainment schedule open up for cruises? I have a cruise booked for 2019, and it is letting me book the spa and shore excursions already. But I can't book anything else even the beverage packages. This will be our first cruise on Royal so I am not really use to there set up.

I'll echo what Bob said - different activities and offerings often just show up day by day. Keep checking the Cruise Planner every now and then.
