Pedicabs at Punta Lagosta

The last time this question was posted was in 2016 so I would like to know if pedicabs are still available at the Punta Langosta pier. My husband has mobility issues so we would like to avoid walking through the shopping mall to get to street level. Is there someone who calls them for you? What about coming back to the ship? Do you just tip? Will they take two at a time?

There are some small bicycle shuttles that go back and fourth on the long pier at Punta Longosta... I'm not sure if there's a way to avoid going through the "mall" at the port in order to get out into Cozumel.
