Excursions on Princess Cays

I'm thinking about getting the excursion that includes a 4-person paddle wheeler, snorkeling gear and a locker when we visit Princess Cays. You get to tender to the island first if you purchase an excursion. We will have access to the equipment from 8 am - 2 pm. I would like to know if the priority boarding is available only for the first tender or can we use it for a later time? Will they rent the equipment if I don't get to the island by a certain time. I don't want to get up that early to get on the island, but I do want to take advantage of the amenities.

 

Also, we will be on the Carnival Liberty. Do they have aqua bikes for rent? On the Princess Cays website they have several different rentals available, including the aqua bike, but not on the Carnival website. Are you only able to rent some things on the island and not beforehand?
