How do we we know of a certain balcony has obstructed view?

I have yet to see a BALCONY cabin with an obstructed view. Ocean view yes, balcony no. On some ships there are a handful of what is often referred to as a 'hull' balcony, on the deck plans they are referred to as priva-sea. All are equally good.

Ok awesome thank you!

All of the deck plans I've reviewed will have a symbol on the cabin if it's an obstructed or partially obstructed view. Check the legend on the deck plan and then check your assigned cabin.
