Island Marketing Ltd. Any recommendations for or against?

We will be in Montego Bay and still want to do the Dunns River Falls excursion (we know it is a much longer drive). Island Marketing Ltd. offers the excursion at a decent price. We have also seen some nice excursions offered by them in Grand Cayman and Cozumel. Has anyone used them. Are they reliable and worth the money?

Are they a "real" business or just locals?

 

I want to try them in Jamaica but have read many threads about safety in Jamaica. Also want to do the Grand Cayman Jeep tour. How is that excursion?
