Yes, but it is limited to RCCL related sites only.

Yes, but the only sites to which you would have access would be Royal Caribbean sites.

We were able to use wifi at the ports in certain places to catch up on any news we might have missed. By ports I mean from restaurants beaches, Cozumel port etc.... Not from the ship

We bought a 24 hour pass partway through the cruise, and got full Internet access through that period. They also had a deal on it the last 2 days.

I did the on-board end of voyage package which got me three days of VOOM for $54.99. I also did a 24-hour pass earlier in the cruise for $19.54. Both of these were on Allure for the 2-25 sailing.

$20 for Surf and $26 for Stream. The remaining days package is the same price per day as the full voyage VOOM package - $16/day for Surf and $20/day for Stream (some odd ball pricing on Anthem may be possible).

We were on the Navigator 9 night. it was $31.98 for a Surf package or 39.98 for a Surf and Stream package for the last 2 days of the cruise. This appeared on Day 8. We got the Surf and Stream package as we had gotten the Surf Package for 24 hours on day 4 or so, and it a bit too slow for uploading photos to FB, etc. The surf and stream was fine. It was nice to have internet access for the last 2 days as we were at sea, and could upload some of our photos, check in for our flights, etc.
