Lisbon cruise port to airport

Our ship disembarks at 8am. Our international flight leave Lisbon at 12:05pm. I know the cruise line typically requires 5 hours for their transfers from ship to airport. We will be taking a taxi from cruise ship to airport, does anyone know if four hours is a good buffer for time?

The taxi journey will be a minimum of 20 minutes on a Sunday, but other days will take longer.

 

You do not say if you will be departing from T1 or T2 and whether a Schengen or non-Schengen flight. Answers to those questions will help others to give you advice on likely times to pass through security.

 

If you self-disembark at 8 a.m. you will probably be O.K.
