We won't even discuss my feelings about management in Miami and Norway (I know, I'm an evil\spoiled person), but Conde Naste has it right ---

 

98.2 in Service --beating Crystal (97.1) and Seaborne (96.8) and ALL the hotel ratings in the US (even Four Seasons) and

 

 

96.4 in Food (if everyone had Jes on Sea Dream II, would have been 100).

 

ALL WELL DESERVED . . . CONGRATS!!!

Those are excellent ratings - and very accurate from my experience. Berlitz rates the SeaDream Yachts as the 2nd and 3rd best ships in the world - with Hapag Lloyd's Europa being the number 1 ship. SeaDream has some great fans even in the professional rating world
