How do you cancel a cruise on My Cruises now?

Does anyone know how to cancel a cruise now via their My Cruises website?

(going into the old website cruise planner via the back door won't work because they are newly booked cruises, and the call centre for Australia is painful)

With RCI I have learned to take the obvious and reverse it.
