Family Thrill Seekers And Adventure Falls excursion? Any opinions?

We will be stopping in Falmouth on our cruise the week of April 1. We are trying to decide between doing the Family Thrill Seekers and Adventure Falls excursion or staying on the ship (Oasis) and enjoying a hopefully less crowded pool and Flowrider. Anyone done this excursion? Any opinions for people who have been to Jamaica? This is our first cruise. Thank you!

This is my opinion only and some will disagree but I say don't ever just stay on the ship. Every stop has so many fun things to do and see. We used to do our excursions through the ship but have found that it works out so much better to use a highly recommended tour guide because it's almost always cheaper and the best part is that it is way more individualized. You aren't herded through with such a big group. With all of that said - we used Ricardo with libertytoursjamaica to go see the Blue Hole/Island Tour/and lunch at Scotchies for our group and it was one of the best tours we've ever been on. Our entire group thought the day was fantastic. Whatever you pick - I hope you guys have a great trip!
