Gifts by Celebrity

Hi Everyone!

 

I’m looking at ordering something for my wife on our upcoming Summit cruise. I’ve never used Gifts by Celebrity but did order once on a RCCL cruise and it was a disaster - flowers hidden away in the corner, personal message missing. My wife thought it was part of everyone’s room!

 

If you have ordered from the Gifts section, what was your experience? Did the personalized message make it with the gift?

I ordered a flower arrangement for DW on our last cruise. It was a nice size arrangement and it actually lasted for the entire 9 night cruise. The card that came with it was a plan card with the message I wrote online printed in it. It wasn't in our cabin when we embarked, but was actually delivered while we were out to dinner. Had I known that was the case, I would have found a way to bring my own card and slip it in with the flowers.
