I got an email yesterday saying it had accidently been canceled, would be refunded to original payment source, and to call to have reinstated. I just called, and they said I received the email in error. Only people who booked the first TWO cruises will have issues with cheers (and I am on the 4th cruise). My Cheers is still active.
