detroit70 Posted March 29, 2018 #51 Share Posted March 29, 2018 Key cards. We've kept them from all of our cruises. :) We kept all our key cards and made Christmas tree ornaments out of them by punching a hole in the corner of each. Our last shared tree was totally HAL cruise with key cards, ship ornaments and other cruise souvenirs. Wonderful memories!
maui traveler Posted March 29, 2018 #52 Share Posted March 29, 2018 Take all your tiles and create a wall hanging of all the HAL ships you have been on. 3x4 looks nice on the wall.. Sent from my iPad using Forums
Caribbean Chris Posted March 29, 2018 #53 Share Posted March 29, 2018 I won a recipe contest once on a long HAL transatlantic and received an amazing bag full of logo swag from the cruise director’s staff (back when they existed): zip-neck sweatshirt, visor, screw-top water bottle, and many more trinkets I’ve forgotten. Alas, no more prizes or fun activities. These days, we just bring home chocolates and tiles.
3kidsplayingball Posted March 29, 2018 #54 Share Posted March 29, 2018 We brought back a deck of cards that we picked up at the front desk. The cards say "Holland America Line" on them and are not ship specific.
