room with a view Posted March 27, 2018 #1 Share Posted March 27, 2018 We do not have a UDP as part of our package so I went to the My NCL webpage to price up the cost of 4 UDP . The cost given to us by our TA was 84 dollars pp for 4 UDP . So .. 168 dollars for two. The exchange rate (we are Brits) is £118. The NCL webpage prices in ££s and is £147. Do not know why it's more expensive for us. If we wait and use our 150 dollars OBC on board will the cost be even more ? I know it's not much though NCL have a reputation of squeezing ever last dollar out of us ,on in our case pound !!:)
vince_g Posted March 27, 2018 #2 Share Posted March 27, 2018 On the US website, it is $82 for a 3 night package. I think the 3 night is the best deal, because it is only $12 more than a 2 night package. Then the price jump between the 3 and 4 night is $18. hawkeyetlse Posted March 27, 2018 #3 Share Posted March 27, 2018 The USD price does not include the service charge, which is 20%. So the actual cost for two 4-meal packages would be $201.60 if you pre-purchase. If you wait to purchase on board, the price is apparently $10 more per person (plus another $2 in service charges), so $225.60. If you can get it for now for £147 (with no additional charges), you should go ahead and do that.
