We had casino certificates from a previous cruise but they were expired so I didn't even mention them. We were talking later and our TA said with the new program I should be able to get a discount even with our existing booking. I would just need to call Casino Royale and give them permission to talk to my TA about our reservation. However, I have called twice today at different times and different numbers I have found but each time I gave up after being on hold about an hour. I have called 866-578-3667 (on our latest promo brochure from Casino Royale), 888-561-2234 (the number on the RC website for CR. FWIW, both of them have led me to the monotonous, grating recording while I wait. Anyone have any suggestions? I did have to choose "service on an existing booking" or "new reservation" and I was honest. The only thing I can think of is to say "new reservation" next time and play dumb and hope for the best if they ever do answer. Anyone have experience with this or suggestions?
