I'd like to see pics of all these drinks and whats in them.

A Funship has my attention for sure.

Funship has white rum, vodka, apricot brandy, amaretto, pineapple juice, orange juice, sweet and sour mix, and grenadine.

This was my favorite at the Red Frog Pub. It was frozen but very creamy.

"BLENDED Caribbean Rum Cream Cocktail"*

Kahlua, Brogans Irish Cream, Créme de Cacao and

Cruzan Vanilla Rum.

This sounds great, what's it called??? Only available at Red Frog Pub?? I'm not sure the Dream has that one!!!

Crusing this weekend and my wife and I want to try some great drinks. What is your favourite and why?

I really like rum based drinks.

Thanks!

Mojito is our first drink to start the cruise, they are yummy!

BBC (Bailey's Banana Colada). Going to have to give that Funship a try in July ;)

Agree 100%. Although the best version I’ve had of this drink was on MSC because they blend actual bananas into it rather than the banana daiquiri mix that they use on other cruise lines.

Oh sorry, sounded like a description!! Anyone know the recipe??

"BLENDED Caribbean Rum Cream Cocktail"*

It was one shot glass of each of the following with a lot of ice - Kahlua, Brogans Irish Cream, Créme de Cacao and Cruzan Vanilla Rum. He also added a little bit of cream before blending well. It was quite good.

I don't like the taste of alcohol (yes, heresy, I know :) ) so for me, it's always "foofy" frozen drinks:

  • Strawberry daiquiri
  • Pina Colada
  • Miami Vice (which is both of the above...Carnival does a much better job pouring them "vertically" than Royal does)
  • Mango daiquiri
  • Mango Swirl

I'll have Cheers on our October cruise and I expect to break even, or do slightly better than that. :)

Not sure if they still have it on carnival, but the Yellow Bird. Because of the banana liqueur.

My favorite was the Miami Vice until our last cruise, when I first tried the Yellow Bird. Sooo, guess which one is my favorite now. :D
