How to cancel a RCI cruise

Hello everyone,

 

Has anyone lately try the backdoor web site and successfully cancelled a cruise ? Or do I have to call RCI directly?

Never mind the above question, tried to login the backdoor, don't see my cruise, try to add it, it bring me to the new web site which does not have the cancellation feature. I will have to call them to cancel it.

If you book with a TA need to call him, if you book directly you can do in the web site or calling them.

I dislike this new way as well, finally had to call. Was much nicer to be in control of all aspects!

I've never trusted their website so I always call to book or cancel.

Guess I'm lucky, Back Door still work's for me. All my are cruises listed...
