Special assistance

Recommended Posts

You can contact special_needs@rccl.com https://secure.royalcaribbean.com/allaboutcruising/guestSpecialNeeds.do and fill out the form provided or give them a call.

If you are looking for wheelchair assistance, once you arrive at the port wheelchairs are available once inside the terminal. You will be taken by wheelchair through security and then to check-in. Once that has been completed you will be taken to a designated area where a crew member from the ship will wheel you on board.
