How do we get from Cannes to Monaco during the transit strike on 5/19/18?

We will be on the Celebrity Constellation in about a month!!!We have a 2 day stop in Cannes on May 19-20 (Saturday and Sunday). We wanted totake the train to Monaco on Saturday May 19th, but have learnedthere will be a transit strike that day and only ¼ of the trains will berunning.

We really would prefer to go to Monaco on the first day inport to alleviate any concerns about rushing back to make the ship before itdeparts.

What should we do? Still plan on taking the train and justgo with the flow if there are delays? Find a car service (if so, can anyone recommendone)? Or Book a tour (which I didn’t really want to do but seems like a logicaloption)?

Do not plan on taking the train on the 19th because there will be no trains. The 1/4 that run may or may not run. (Unlikely that the strike will be called off before then.)

The trains will run on the 20th. You can take an early train and come back on time, but check opening times for places you want to visit.

Car service: http://www.friend-in-france.com You may end up paying about the same for a tour than for two transfers.
