princessliz1 Posted April 19, 2018 #1 Share Posted April 19, 2018 I redeemed my Visa points about 1 1/2 months ago for my cruise on the 29th. If I did a $200 OBC shared, would it shows up as $100 for him and $100 for me on the cruise planner when I log in? or would the full amount be available to both us us until it is used? If the redemption people did it correctly, the $200 should be split equally between the two guests in the stateroom.

That's what it did on my last cruise and it was more than a bit awkward. I shared my cabin with my daughter's Mother-In-Law who saw the credit on the account and got all excited and went and used it to purchase a handbag at a store before I knew what was going on. I ended up losing half my OBC just to not create a situation.
