Dinner buffet

We usually get dinner at the lido buffet at least 2 or 3 times on a 7 day cruise. Dinner in the MDR can hit or miss just like at the buffet. With buffet you get choices and you can see everything. And yes if it isn't hot then tell them. If the salad makings are frumpy tell them. I agree with others that the meats at the carving stations are usually as good as MDR entrees and maybe better....and you can always see what it looks like before you ask for it.

Do they serve WCMC on the buffet? We always eat in the dining room, but traveling with my 10 month old I have a feeling we're going to be changing that up!

I have only seen it once, but it was not as good as it was in the main dining room.
