Temperatue in February

I am going a the Disney cruise for the first time in February. I am wondering how to dress during the day (shorts, jeans?) - will it be too cold to swim? Will the water be cold in the Bahamas?

The water temperature in February will probably be in the upper 60's or low 70's.
