Patti makes her way back to the cabana. She catches me coming back to the cabana since my cup was now empty…..

 

We decided that it was time for lunch. We summoned Juana and placed our food and drink orders.

 

It wasn’t long before our food arrived. Patti had the chicken quesadillas and I had the Dominican crab empanadas……

We spent the afternoon alternating between cooling off in the pool and lounging around on our deck……

 

Some more zip liners are passing above our heads…..

 

Elvis is in the building!!!

 

 

Around 4:30 we noticed that some dark clouds were moving in, so we decided to head back tothe ship. It never did rain. Our bill came to $69 plus tip. We said our goodbyes to Juana and made our way back to the pier. There, we grabbed a pedi-cab for the rest of the trip back to the gangway. That was $10 well spent!!!

We are boarding the Carnival Conquest once again…..

 

 

Once back in the cabin we found today’s towel animal and our invitations to the VIFP party which will be held tomorrow……

 

 

We took showers and relaxed until it was time for sail away. We don’t see any pier runners……

 

The pool area is now completely empty…..

For our mains, Patti had the seared tilapia, while I had a flat iron steak…..

Afterwards,we were tired from the day, so after a stroll down the Promenade, we made our way back to the cabin. Here is tonight’s turndown service…..

We were up at 6am to another beautiful day. Here are today’s Fun Times…..

We docked a little before 7am. We wanted to get off the ship as quick as we could, as we had a pool cabana booked today, and we wanted to maximize our time.

 

As we left the ship, Captain Cupisti and Hotel Director Nikhil Khanna greeted the passengers…..

As always, we are happy to be back here…..

 

This is the beach to the right of the pier, along with the excursion pier and whale exhibit…..

 

 

 

This is the beach in front of Margaritaville, on the left side of the pier. Please take note. The GREEN umbrellas and chairs are FREE. The other color umbrellas and chairs are not free. Prices depend on the vendor…..

These chair rentals are new and are located near the bathrooms. No idea what the cost is for these…..

Since I was the first to check in, I got to choose our cabana. As always, I chose # 9 once again. It is in our favorite location which is near the beach and flowrider, and away from the pool bar and dj…..
