Dawn Late Arriving In New York

As of 10:15AM Sunday morning, Jan. 1st, the Dawn bridge camera shows she is still at sea with New York not yet in sight. Looks like many passengers will have a long wait on the pier?

If they are waiting at the pier they will have a long wait. The Dawn is not due in until tomorrow I believe:D

My mistake. I thought the 11 day cruises left on Sunday and the 10 day cruises left on Thursdays? It appears there are two back to back 10 day Eastern Caribbean cruises on 1/2 and 1/12? Sorry about that.

I suggest anybody in need of seasick prevention take the proper precautions before sailing out of New York on the Dawn Monday evening. A noreaster with gale force winds up to 40mph is predicted for Monday night and Tuesday morning. Better to be safe than sorry. Weather should be better on Wednesday.

I don't know...Dr. Mel is calling for 1-3" here on the coast with 7-10" up in Litchfield.

webcam is still pretty dark.

I'm bringing my Relief Band-even thought he mythbusters didn't seem to care for it.(with a Bonine & Absolut backup)

Thanks for sharing about the webcam showing the ship docking. I sat down at my computer around 8:45am and saw her starting to get ready to dock that was so awesome. Can't wait to go on 2/2/06.
