Sky Suite vs Concierge on Galaxy

Help! I booked concierge on the Galaxy after just enjoying 14 wonderful days on the Summit. Then I realized the window/door to the balcony is very different on the Galaxy and I now wonder if we would prefer a Sky Suite. Any feedback on this? Further, I noticed that the Sky Suite balcony size apparently varies depending on which room you get. Can anyone share information on how I can determine what size balcony any particular room will have? Unfortunately, I haven't found Celebrity Customer Service to be near as knowledgable when it comes to their ships as I would expect.

the deck layout shows the various sizes and shapes of balcony's on the sky deck. The sky suites on the penthouse deck all have the same balcony.
If you go to the celebrity site and go to the galaxy and then deck layout. The brochure has great deck layouts also. Sounds confusing, but if you can get a brochure, its easy to see how differant they all are.

Get a room on the sky deck, the balconies are a lot larger. I asked the same quetion as you a few weeks ago and we ended up going with a sky suite on the sky deck on the Mercury.

YEP, a little cut out is good! Square looks like the walls on both sides would box you in.

Even with a little cut out, you have lots of room.

The balcony's on the sky deck are open to the "sky". At least half of it is. Some are real cut out, and smaller. Sounds like you found a deck plan!

The balcony in a CC room on the sky deck is larger but don't miss the opportunity to book a Sky Suite. We just returned from our first Celebrity cruise in a Sky Suite and could not have been more pleased. Out butler was simply fantastic and made the whole cruise something we will always remember. We liked it so much we have booked the same cruise for next year.

Our Sky Suite was on the Sky Deck on Mercury and we were glad that we went that way. It did have a cut out and it lacked some privacy, but we enjoyed it immensely. You will hear some noise from the deck above but not enough to really bother you. Also the Sky Suites on the Sky deck were better decorated than those on Deck 10.

We reserved a cutout balcony Sky Suite on Mercury deliberately. Someone on the boards mentioned that the view is better. Was that your experience?
