Viking cruises evening atmosphere?

Hi, my husband and I have cruised with Princess a few times, we are tempted by the Viking world cruise but our only concern is that the small ship doesn't look like it has anything resembling a dance floor, is it more like a Cunard cruise where foxtrots are the norm or do Viking do fun times too?

Thanks for your help!

There is a nightclub with a dance floor on level 2 called “Torshavn” on the Star. I spent several nights there dancing.

This is more like a supper club size dance floor. For real ballroom type dancing, I've seen them use the space where the piano is located in the Atrium. This is only done during party times in that area. It is usually the band fro Torshaven playing.

Have you read the thread here about the World Cruise? The atmosphere on the World Cruise is a bit different from a cruise lasting a week or two or three and perhaps you should ask this very same question in that thread (just in case they don't see it here or don't realize that it is a World Cruise question).
