Has anyone ever sailed on Abercrombie & Kent. We are looking at a cruise in Frence Polynesia and are considering one of their yachts, but there doesn't seem to be a lot of information. Thanks.

We used A & K for a barge trip through Burgandy about 4 years ago. They were excellent! Only thing was we met others on our cruise who booked through another agency and they paid about half of what we paid.:confused:

Maryella - I think this happens more than one would think. Tour companies lease a portion of a boat for their own group. I recently returned from Antarctica and half of the ship was leased. Those who booked individually paid, at least in my case as a single, $2,600 less. The only difference was one extra night in a hotel. Probably the best thing to do would be to check the ships' own website for price comparison.

Very overpriced for what you get!!!

Rent out other peoples boats and then double the price...Avoid....
