Teens on GOLDEN PRINCESS

We're booked on Golden in March with our 13 and 14 y.o. daughters. I understand the ship has teen activities, dances, etc. for the 13-17 y.o. group. I'm reading about a $5.00/pp charge, per hour after ten o'clock. Does this apply to teens or just to younger kids who require babysitting?

The paid child care is only for children up to age 12. Teen activites go into the early hours of the morning for no additional charge.
