Private tour guides at dock

Can you book a private tour company at the dock on the day of arrival, or do they all have to be booked before you arrive.

I thought maybe they would have booths set up at the dock area for people to book excursions who don't use the internet.

Anyone know about this.

In Mobay..you should have a tour guide lined up before you get there. Things in Mobay can be intimidating. The port isn't within walking distance to anything. You are stuck in the middle of an industrial zone.

Contact barret adventures for an island, shopping or what ever kind of tour you are looking for. They are inexpensive and very knowledgable. They offer wonderful customer service. We have hired them on several occasions. Look through many of the threads on this site and you will see Barrett Adventures mentioned many many times.:)
