Cheers Beverage Package not showing up

Hi everyone. My hubby & I are booked on the Horizon for June 21st out of NYC. We purchased the cruise & Cheers drink package with our TA. Cheers isn't showing up in my on line Carnival statement, but when I tried to do a mock purchase, it said it was already purchased. Should I be concerned that it's not showing up? Shows up on the invoice from TA & on our credit card statement. Thanks!

Take a look at your cruise documents that you print out. A travel agent booking will usually

show only extras booked directly with Carnival online. The printable documents usually show all

the items you bought through the travel agent.

Actually the documents from the TA show the pre-paid gratuities & drink package. The docs from Carnival don't show the Cheers package. I will have to do some investigating.

I wonder if they selected yes when asked if it was a gift? In the past items I have selected yes for do not show up on the summary. My guess is so that others who have access to the booking info aren't able to ruin the surprise.

I've never had it show up on my documents prior to the cruise (I book with one of Carnival's PVP). I was concerned, but never had a problem once I was onboard. I always make a copy of my receipt just in case, but never had to use it. So, don't be concerned that it doesn't show up on your CCL documents - just take the documentation from your TA showing that it was paid for.

I've had them show up sometimes and sometimes not. I just always bring a copy of my receipt with me.
