Krazy Lobster question

Is it possible to reserve loungers at the Krazy Lobster before arrival? I understand that Steve at Tropicante will hold seats for arrival. I have also heard that the food and beverages at KL are a bit less expensive. For those of you in the know, please comment. Will be there on the Symphony on Nov. 20, 2018.
