Celebrity fishing excursions in St. Maarten

I posted this on the Ports of Call board about a month ago and got no response... so, I'm hoping for better luck here. :)

 

DH mentioned that he'd like to take a fishing excursion on our upcoming cruise. So, I'm looking for feedback/advice on the following tours offered through Celebrity:

 

Deep Sea Fishing Expedition

BUBBA Bottom Fishing & Coastal Cruise

 

He's more comfortable using a ship-arranged tour than going off on his own. He's not an avid fisherman -- he'd just like to be out on the water and catch a couple (he doesn't need to keep them). Thanks in advance!
