HI

Ship is to arrive at 6am on debarkation day..... am I nuts to do a 9:45am flight? I'd carry luggage off and have TSA Pre Check.

We did a 10am in MIA in January and had a ton of time to spare.

TIA!!

I've done it several times. Just make sure you do self disembarkation and walk off the ship at first opportunity. However, I am mentally prepared to spend an extra day if by chance there is an issue with clearing the ship. Also, make sure you get your bags scanned at the agriculture check immediately upon entering the airline terminal prior to checking in with the airline.

IMHO, yes, I would say nuts.[emoji23]

MIA is not SJU, so it’s kind of hard to compare the two. Arrival time is not disembarkation time. Personally, I don’t book any flight before noon in disembarkation day. Yes, they’re usually more expensive, but missing my flight would be more so.

To each is own, if you’re okay with it, then go for it
