Pier 91 Legend, Platinum, Time to Arrive

For a platinum, what is the earliest we should arrive at berth 91 in Seattle for the Legend without running into those disembarking? I was thinking 11:30, but is that too late? Thanks.

We are also Platinum and plan on arriving around 10ish; Platinum and above should get priority boarding ( at least we did in Barcelona)
